using an ability will consume blight stacks to deal bonus magic damage so this setup just allows varus to burst extremely hard since you'll be building lethality it's really difficult to stack up blight without any sort of attack speed but by running halo blades it completely eliminates that weakness the full build is a dust blade into manamune second and cyrillus grudge third cyrildos was even buffed for this patch and combined with varus's base ad buff it's making him so much stronger be sure to grab lucidity boots since you want your q on as short a cool down as possible when playing lethality
