Alright, lets run it! Phase rush sylas is being spammed by many korean pros along with the re emergence of stormrazor on jhin, that and much more as we breakdown 10 of the most insane new korean builds for patch 11.7. Alright, lets run it! A super strong new rune page for top lane sylas that pros like nuguri have been abusing is phase rush. You'll see pros running this page against most ranged top laners and especially against gnar. Sylas is already an amazing counter to gnar as stealing his ultimate is so impactful throughout the game. By running phase rush though it allows you to stomp even harder. Sylas wants to go in and take his quick burst trades then dip away to safety and wait for cooldowns. Phase rush gives sylas the agency to do this as you'll be able to zoom right on out after
your trade taking very little damage in return. As long as you're playing off the phase rush cooldown and taking these quick trades its almost impossible for anyone to out trade you. If you've been having troubles with this gnar matchup then look no further and abuse this setup on sylas for some instant freelo. The complete rune page is phase rush with manaflow band, transcendence and gathering storm paired up with inspiration secondary running biscuits and timewarp tonic. For the build rush everfrost. Zhonyas and cosmic drive can be interchanged as second and third items. Be sure to grab lucidity boots to max out your ability haste. This next setup is the exact opposite of what we just covered as you'll be freezing the enemy in place by running glacial augment with chemtank on sion. Glacial's been a very niche keystone in season 11 as very few champions have found use for it. With the sion build of turbo chemtank into randuin's omen, augment actually synergizes really well. Whenever you tag the enemy with an active slow like from chemtank or randuins, glacial augment will shoot out a freeze ray that slows the surrounding area by 60 percent for 5 seconds. This interaction allows sion to lock his opponents in place for such a long duration, channeling his q for max damage and CC leaving the enemy with very little counterplay once tagged. Glacial is not only picked a ton more over in korea but it has the highest win rate for any keystone on sion. Follow up glacial augment by running free boots, biscuits and approach velocity. For secondary runes grab second wind and overgrowth from the resolve tree. Full build is chemtank into randuins and then gargoyle stoneplate.
Predator on volibear jungle is being played at an extremely high rate in korean masters and above however its still yet to catch on in other regions. The consistent gank power predator provides is really overlooked and helps voli out tremendously early on. chemtank is of course thrown in there as your rush item and combined with predator completely eliminates any way for the enemy to kite out your engage. Predator just drastically shores up volis main weakness of not being able to reach his targets and makes his ganks and pick power so strong throughout the game. Voli was also just buffed in 11.6 and we now have him rated as a great S tier pickup so don't sleep on the bear. Combine predator with cheapshot, eyeball collector and ingenious hunter for primary runes. Ingenious hunter is really amazing for voli as it drastically reduces the cooldown of chemtank active. Nimbus cloak and waterwalking are the best secondary pickups. After completing chemtank go into deadman's second and then force of nature third. Poppy jungle with stridebreaker is one of the most underrated setups in the entire game right now. Former Korean pro spirit is a poppy jungle connoisseur and he's been abusing stridebreaker
in solo queue to pick up so much elo. The dash from stridebreaker active enables poppy to find stun angles and fish for pick plays that would be impossible without the item. Stride really just opens up so many more opportunities of engage for you and makes poppy's team fighting way more powerful. Now its not only the strikebreaker that's unique about the setup, hail of blades is what you'll run as the keystone. HOB on poppy is so nuts because it allows her to burst extremely hard with a full combo. We'll show you guys this in action in the background gameplay here. An auto, E, auto, Q, auto combo is insanely fast with hail of blades compared to the more popular dark harvest. As you can see here the combo with dark harvest is so much slower and gives the enemy an opportunity to flash away before you've had the time to burst them out. Definitely go in to practice tool and try this combo out yourself as its so potent once you get it down. alright and to get you all set with the complete rune page take sudden impact with zombie ward and relentless hunter. opt for sorcery secondary with celerity and waterwalking. For the build after finishing stridebreaker go into deadmans second and force of nature
third. There's so many different ways to build shaco for 11.7 but by far his most overlooked setup is full ap. The build is liandrys rush into cosmic drive second with lucidity boots and transcendence in runes which provides you with a mass amount of haste for the mid game. Much of AP shaco's strength comes from his boxes and ult so reducing the cooldown on them by a substantial amount gives him so much power. You'll hit 95 haste on your mid game spike which is the equivalent to 49 percent cooldown reduction. This is really big for AP shaco since the base cooldown on his W is a flat 16 seconds meaning with all this haste it will drop down to 8.3 seconds. Shaco's rank 2 ultimate sits at a 90 second base cooldown and will drop to 46 seconds once you have this build complete. Dont forget ultimate hunter from runes though which will drop the ult CD even lower to 40 seconds. The versatility shaco has in his build paths makes him such a great pickup for 11.7 as you'll never have to worry about stacking too much AD or AP. He was also just buffed a few times recently and with other junglers nerfed we now have
him ranked in our OP tier for the jungle tier list. You definitely don't wanna be underestimating shaco so lets get you all setup with the complete build. Rush the liandry's into cosmic drive second and then zhonyas third. Grab dark harvest for the keystone with cheap shot, eyeball collector and ultimate hunter alongside transcendence and gathering storm for secondaries. Pantheon mid is a favourite over in korea as it has the ability to impact the early game extremely well. A new build they're really starting to like is a stridebreaker rush. Pantheon has no issues beating his opponents up in the 1v1, it's getting to them that can be the issue. The dash from stridebreaker extends pantheons pick range and allows him to catch enemies out so much more reliably with his point and click stun. Being able to extend the range on a guaranteed CC lock like pantheon W is just so broken and the stats really back it up as well. Korean pantheons rushing stridebreaker are winning 56 percent of the time as opposed to eclipse at 53 percent. Players really won't be expecting the crazy pick range with stridebreaker so you'll find yourself catching some really free kills as a result. The full build is a stridebreaker into sterak's and then black cleaver.
Grab conqueror as your keystone with triumph, tenacity and coup de grace for primary runes combined with biscuits and time warp tonic for secondaries. This next build here is a spicy one for twisted fate thats actually being popularized by a few western mids. We figured even though this isnt a korean build its still worth mentioning in the video since its so unique. Most notably caps has been playing a hyper fast ability haste stack build consisting of shurelya's and cosmic drive with lucidity boots and transcendence. Since shurelya's is such a cheap item and still provides the same amount of haste as something like everfrost, you're able to reach your cosmic drive faster and max out at 90 haste really early on in the game. Shurelya's is actually a really great item for TF as well since it provides movespeed from the active allowing him to catch enemies out much easier. Shurelya's active was also just buffed in 11.5 rendering it an even stronger pickup. Of course you're lacking a bit in the damage department with this setup but you'll have a 3.2 second cooldown gold card to allow for so much disruption in fights. The consistent catch plays with ult is really great with the setup too as you'll drop TF's
rank 2 ult cooldown from 150 down to 80 seconds. So for the complete build its a shurelya's into rapid firecannon second and cosmic drive third. pickup lucidity boots early on in the game. Unsealed spellbook is the keystone with magical footwear, minion dematerializer and cosmic insight along with nimbus cloak and transcendence for secondaries. A build we've seen a ton in previous seasons but not much at all for season 11 is stormrazor on jhin. The collector as a second pickup has been meta for such a long time but EDG's AD carry viper has been spamming some stormrazor on his jhin as of recent. He's also been playing the stormrazor jinx a ton like we talked about in our 11.6 edition of the korean builds. Looking at the efficiency of stormrazor vs the collector it's actually pretty interesting. Without there passives, the stats from collector are 93 percent efficient while stormrazor is 95 percent efficient. Sure the execute damage from the collector is nice but you're only getting value out of it when the enemy is below 5 percent health. You'll get so much more consistent use out of the stormrazor passive as the slow helps
you kite and provides damage that procs no matter the enemies HP. The analytics just really add up to stormrazor being a great second item pickup for jhin yet only a select few pros are running it. Even stat wise stormrazor wins 59 percent of the time as a second item purchase as opposed to the collector at 56 percent. The complete build viper has been running is a galeforce into stormrazor and then rapid firecannon third. Dark harvest is the keystone with taste of blood, eyeball collector and ravenous hunter. Secondary runes are pretty unique as most koren pros have been running inspiration with biscuits and timewarp tonic. Freeze ray blitzcrank is a really crazy new build beginning to rise in popularity When you think about it, everfrost is actually super insane on blitz since it makes finding picks with Q guaranteed kills. Sometimes the enemy will be able to flash away after your hook or knock up expire but if you throw in the everfrost root they're not going anywhere. The AP from the item isn't wasted in the slightest either as blitz has 100 percent ap ratios on his Q and ultimate. The fact you'll be able to CC the enemy for a longer duration while also dealing more damage just makes eliminating them after pick plays so reliable.
Your solo carry power rises exponentially with everfrost as you don't have to rely as much on your team for that follow up damage. Full build is everfrost into zekes and then knights vow. Take guardian as the keystone with demolish, bone plating and overgrowth. Dip into the inspiration tree for secondaries running hexflash and cosmic insight. Another unique carry oriented support build is shurelya's on nautilus. The active is just so amazing for naut as popping the movespeed to get in range of an auto will 100 percent assure a chain CC lockdown. If possible you always want to lead with that auto and then follow with q. throwing Q from range is the least likely way of hitting it so by popping shurelya's and running right up next to the enemy, you have very little way of messing up your combo. Every single nautilus ability has an AP ratio so your all in damage will be really nice with this build. You'll be lacking a bit of tankiness compared to building the more standard locket, but more solo carry power for less defensive stats is a great trade off if you're looking to hard carry. Especially in those games where you're snowballing early on, shurelya's is really a no brainer pickup on naut.
So for the complete build its shurelya's rush into zekes second and then knights vow third. Roll with aftershock as the keystone with shield bash, boneplating and unflinching. Inspiration secondary is very standard with hexflash and cosmic insight.
