YouTube Live Captions

A recent FCC (in the USA) does state that if you are broadcasting across television with closed captions, you are required to also provide captions on your live stream.

As you can see here, the option to enable captions is located in the Ingestion Settings tab

This will reveal the HTTP URL that will allow you to send the captions to your live stream. To see more information on this, please click on the Learn More link within the tooltip.
