just keep going keep walking forwards keep finding ways to walk yourself through this you're not stuck you're not gonna be here forever and you're gonna be okay we have to start to believe that I can be the case even if it's a tiny bit start with what you feel grateful for right now because every time there's something negative sat right next to it is something to feel grateful for it's a weird thing science every positive there
