see what some of my favorite books they're you know it's very very cool nice to have and in my business colors as well so you might be asking why I like blue and yellow well blue reminds me of the sunshiny sky and yellow reminds me of the Sun and the blue is also reminding me of the ocean so not going to be talking to you about my Kindle today I'm just teasing you with that but this is what I want to show you this is my new planner it's a high-performance planner and it's really

awesome because it's a four and it's yellow inside and by Brendon as Iommi's best friend what I like in this is that unlike most journals and planners it actually helps you gauge where you're at it gives you some assessments on your habits and the things that you're doing then you've got daily practices and then every day there's no date you can just put the data and you can start this whenever you want and so there's today's message to myself

there's my morning mindset so things that I can focus on before I get started there's my goals and priorities and then the end of the day I get to do an evening journal where I appreciate and I show gratitude and I look at where I've stretched and groans and I score myself on my habits you know having to clarity did I have what was my energy like was I productive did I help others was I on purpose and did I show any courage and you can just go through this and do that

every day but I think at the end of the months oh here we go at the end of the week there's a weekly review so you go back and you look at your habits there's some learning loaf reviews and it's a really great way to just really be in touch with yourself and see what's going on I like the fact as well that the space at the back where I can put things down you can do monthly reviews as well it's just a really nice way to keep on track see if my habits are in line with
